Terms and Conditions for Monthly Support Package
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the monthly support package (the “Package”) provided by ExtremeWP (“ExtremeWP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to Switched on Consultants Ltd (“Client” or “you”). By subscribing to the Package, the Client agrees to these Terms.
2. Subscription Term and Renewal
2.1. The Package is offered on a minimum twelve (12) month subscription basis.
2.2. The subscription term starts on the sign-up date and continues for a minimum of twelve (12) months.
2.3. The Package automatically renews for subsequent twelve (12) month periods unless cancelled by the Client.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. The Client agrees to a full twelve (12) month term. Early cancellation is not permitted.
3.2. Cancelling before the term ends and later renewing will result in a price adjustment to the current rate.
4. Service Provision and Rates
4.1. The Package includes up to thirty (30) minutes of work per project for up to five (5) projects per month, at no extra cost.
4.2. Work exceeding thirty (30) minutes per project will be billed at $55.00 per hour.
4.3. Time spent on services will be tracked and reported for transparency.
5. Payment Terms
5.1. Monthly payments are required in advance.
5.2. Additional charges for extra work are billed monthly and due within thirty (30) days of invoicing.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. ExtremeWP’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the Package.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hamirpur Himachal Pradesh India.
8. Amendments
8.1. ExtremeWP may amend these Terms, with notice to the Client.
9. Acceptance
9.1. By subscribing, the Client agrees to these Terms.
