I. SPECIAL OFFER TERMS
- The client is obligated to procure hosting services exclusively through the utilization of the designated coupon code provided by the Company.
- Additional charges shall be levied for services pertaining to custom design or customization requests beyond the scope of standard offerings.
- Utilization of premium themes by the client shall incur additional costs equivalent to 30% of the theme’s market price, contingent upon availability; alternatively, the client must secure an independent license for such premium themes.
- The client is precluded from terminating hosting services prior to the completion of a minimum service duration of three months.
- Complimentary support services shall be furnished solely for the duration of the active order. Subsequent requests for customization or modifications shall be subject to applicable fees per task.
- In instances where the client opts to discontinue services midway after settling the full payment via PayPal, a partial refund constituting 50% of the paid amount shall be processed.
II. PACKAGE ORDER TERMS
- Clients who procure premium packages shall be entitled to complimentary support services for a term not exceeding three months.
- The client bears full responsibility for providing comprehensive information required for service fulfillment. The Company disclaims liability for any deficiencies in design arising from incomplete or inaccurate information furnished by the client.
- A partial refund constituting 50% of the full payment shall be processed for clients who elect to terminate services midway, conditional upon full payment being rendered upfront via PayPal.
- The client is responsible for providing legally obtained images for incorporation into their website, ensuring compliance with copyright laws.
III. MAINTENANCE SERVICE TERMS
- Maintenance service subscriptions shall encompass a maximum of three page updates or modifications per month.
- Charges for any customization will be billed at a discounted rate of $33 per task, a reduction from the standard rate of $59 per task.
- The Company shall conduct monthly data backups on the client’s designated server.
IV. REFUND POLICY
- A full refund shall be initiated upon the client’s request to cancel the order within three hours of order placement.
- A refund amounting to 75% of the full payment shall be granted if the client cancels the order within a period ranging from 24 to 48 hours subsequent to order placement.
- In the event of client-initiated cessation of services during the execution phase for any reason, a refund of 50% of the full payment shall be dispensed.
V. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The Company expressly reserves the right to update, amend, or modify the terms and conditions delineated herein at any time without the requirement of providing prior notification. Clients are advised to review the terms periodically for any such revisions. Continued patronage of the Company’s services subsequent to the effectuation of modifications shall constitute an acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Please be advised that the aforementioned terms and conditions are binding and enforceable upon both the Company and the Client.
